We are the Schiess Family, and here's just a little bit about us.
Kurt and Krystal bought the Fremont Fitness Center in the summer of 2008. As both are sports and fitness enthusiasts, this was just the fit they were looking for. With various outdoor activities, wonderful views and great community support and a simple and wonderful lifestyle that is hard to find anywhere else, the Fremont area is perfect for them and their growing family.
Both Kurt and Krystal are Idaho State University Alumni. Kurt graduated with a degree in Sports Management and is a Certified Personal Trainer with four years experience involved with the I.S.U Track and Field, as well as having coached at both I.S.U and Madison High School.
Krystal graduated with a degree in Fine Arts,with an emphasis on painting and has been an avid runner since being a part of her high school cross country running team. From a young age, Krystal has enjoyed learning business management and customer care skills while she was a plumber's apprentice to her father. Both Krystal and Kurt agree that they truly enjoy running Fremont Fitness Center and meeting with gym patrons and community members
Evalyn, four, and Rueben one, are little powerhouses and keep their Mom and Dad on their toes. Evalyn started preschool and really loves it and is a BIG fan of Toy Story. Rueben is a lovable little guy and is really into dinosaurs, power tools and anything that goes "rawr".
